2023 අංක 09 දරන දූෂණ විරෝධී පනතේ විධිවිධානවලට අනුව, ජනාධිපති ලේකම් කාර්යාලය සහ අල්ලස් හෝ දූෂණ චෝදනා විමර්ශන කොමිෂන් සභාව එක්ව ආරම්භ කරන ලද “සියලුම රාජ්‍ය ආයතනවල අභ්‍යන්තර කටයුතු ඒකක පිහිටුවීමේ නව ක්‍රමවේදය” අනුව, අප ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය තුළ ද අභ්‍යන්තර කටයුතු ඒකකයක් ස්ථාපිත කර ඇත.

ඒ අනුව, අප ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලය තුළ සිදුවන යම් අක්‍රමිකතාවක්, දූෂණ ක්‍රියාවක් හෝ ඒ සම්බන්ධ චෝදනාවක් පිළිබඳව ඔබට තොරතුරු ලැබී ඇත්නම්, ඔබගේ අනන්‍යතාව හෙළි කරමින් හෝ නිර්නාමිකව, පහත සඳහන් ක්‍රමවේද ඔස්සේ අප කාර්යාල පරිශ්‍රයේ පිහිටි අභ්‍යන්තර කටයුතු ඒකකය වෙත තොරතුරු හෝ පැමිණිලි ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැකිය.
